Warranties & Release

• I warrant that my child is healthy, physically fit, does not suffer from any physical or mental disability or illness, and able to participate in sports activities. Therefore, I
  • authorize and agree that my child participates in all the activities of the Juventus Academy Qatar and uses all its sports equipment and facilities; and
  • accept and assume all risks resulting from the participation of my child to the Juventus Academy Qatar activities in all locations.
• I have fully and fairly disclosed any matter that could reasonably be expected to affect the Academy’s decision to accept my child for a free trial.
• I acknowledge having received, read, understood and agreed to the Academy Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, which Terms & Conditions are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this registration form.
• I hereby expressly and explicitly release from any liability and will not hold liable the Juventus Academy Qatar/ اكاديمية جوفينتوس ltd. and/or the Juventus FC S.p.A., and/or their coaches, personnel, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, agents, contractors, and the venue
  • for any and all injuries, losses, liabilities and/or damages caused by my child; and
  • for any and all losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, permanent disability and/or death suffered or incurred by my child;

whilst attending and/or participating in any of the Juventus Academy Qatar activities.
